Three things. Start wherever it hurts most.
Most agencies hand you a menu of forty services and let you work it out. We do three things, they stack in an order that makes sense, and you can take one and stop.
Nobody has to climb the whole ladder. Plenty of people never leave the first rung, and they’re doing fine.
It’s all the same job, though. Being findable, looking like you’re worth it, and actually working when the customer arrives — that’s a frontage. A dark shopfront and an unclaimed Google listing are the same failure wearing different clothes.
Nobody can find you.
Somebody within walking distance of you is typing what you sell into their phone right now. They’ll go to whoever comes up first. Today, that isn’t you.
It isn’t because your business is worse. It’s because your Google listing is unclaimed, your hours are wrong, your phone number is dead, your photos are from 2019, and you have three reviews to their forty-seven.

How would I even know it’s working?
Google counts it for you, and we send you the count. Calls from your listing. Requests for directions. Clicks on your number. Once a month, in plain English, in a message you’ll actually read.
You’ll notice it before you read it, though. Owners usually notice the phone first.

They find you — and then they hesitate.
This is the quieter loss, and the more expensive one. Somebody finds you, opens your website, and decides in about four seconds that you’re probably not serious.
They don’t tell you. They just go somewhere else.

- Branding — name, logo, the whole identity, done properly once

Do I own what you build?
Yes. Entirely. The code, the domain, the accounts, the designs. All of it is registered in your name and handed to you.
We’ve watched agencies hold clients hostage with a domain they “manage.” We don’t do that, and you should be suspicious of anyone who won’t say this out loud.
How long does it actually take?
A straight website: 2–4 weeks. A brand: 3–5 weeks. An app: 8–14 weeks, depending on what it has to do.
We’ll give you a date at the start and tell you immediately if it moves. You will never have to chase us to find out where something is.

Do I have to change how I work?
No. That’s the whole point of building it ourselves.
Off-the-shelf software makes you change your business to suit the software. If the app fits you, you use the app. If it doesn’t, we change it — or we build you the thing that does fit.
Most agencies can’t offer that, because they don’t write software. We do.
What happens if you disappear?
Everything is in your name, on your accounts, and documented. If you walked away tomorrow, you’d walk away with a working system and the keys to it.
We’d rather earn the next month than trap you into it.
